Yoda's Theme ?

Sounds a lot like Yoda's theme in the movie at points.

Mr. Williams has been known to borrow from a number of classical pieces as well as from past film scores, specifically those of Erich Wolfgang Korngold. This is just another example, although I dare say that Williams improved upon the theme for Yoda's Theme.

"The Talk of the Town" had a lot of memorable, over the top music in it. Starting in the 1950s, many film composers borrowed from this movie's score, especially for science fiction movies. B-movie composer Mischa Bakaleinikoff borrowed fom it for a large number of the films he scored. And among others who did so was John Williams.

Yup. I wanted to come and say this on the movie's board.
Then I thought, surely someone else noticed that.
Looks like they did. =)

I heard something that sounded much like Darth Vader's theme .. the young Darth Vader than I think the second movie in the series closes with. I did not think it was Yoda's, but yes, I head Star Wars in parts of the music here.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw it last night.

"Hitler! C'mon, I'll buy you a glass of lemonade."

Thank you! I just rewatched the movie and John Williams' name popped into my head, but I couldn't figure out exactly which piece of his music I was reminded of.
