Just Saw this Movie on AMC
Just saw this movie on AMC this morning and loved it. What a thrill to see the wonderful Paul Robeson singing in the end of the movie. What a wonderful voice. There are none that compare with him today.
shareHe had an amazing voice. I thought the part of the movie he was in was stereotyped, but I guess that was a standard presentation of African-Americans at the time. Good movie, though. My favorite? Tied between the Ginger Rogers/Henry Fonda segment and the Charles Laughton/Elsa Lanchester segment.
