As this title is not currently commercially available, I had some difficulty in tracking down a copy ... but found one through www.vintageclassicmovies.com ... the site is worth exploring for rare old films.

Tales Of Manhattan is available on a legitimate 2013 DVD from 20th Century Fox and can be bought on-line from reputable Internet vendors such as Amazon, Deep Discount, Import CDs, Oldies.com and DVD Pacific.
