This movie was awesome.
I did not expect any of this going in.
I thought it was just going to be a Bob Hope wise crack gig and it was So much more!

Right, "Star Spangled Rhythm" really is one of the greatest "Backlot Pictures," set at a major Hollywood studio, and featuring many stars, some as themselves, some as characters.
The characters really make for an interesting story here, and the actual stars also outdo themselves in kindness and performance.
That Jeep sequence really is a riot, thanks to Betty and the guys.
