I just taped it (two years after the original post) off of TCM and it's on DVD too. But I think there are two things going against it. One is that it is in black and white and there are lots of John Wayne films in color networks can choose. Two it has some blackface in it. It wasn't done in an offensive way, but it's still blackface and can't be offensive to some no matter so I doubt networks want to deal with that (at least here in the USA).
