Little Percy

Since I was a little girl in the early Fifties, I loved Percy and always wanted my own penguin! When I was old enough, I even looked it up in the encyclopedia as to find out what sort of penguins could live in non-arctic temperatures. For years, I read about penguins and still love them.

By the way, when I saw "The Geisha Boy", Harry the rabbit reminded me of Percy, and I wondered if this movie provided a bit of inspiration. In that case, it was a magician and his pet.

Whether it did not, these animals stole the show.
