I may be wrong, but I DID read in a biography of Salvador Dali that he was to make the props for this film, but they were so horrifying that the technicians refused to build them and he lost the job.
shareIt's true. They describe Dali's work in the extras feature. They only used one of his props. They should have left his work intact. Nevertheless,this is a fabulous movie.
