Was that Gino Corrado?

As Strickland is walking into the Parisian cafe, there is a patron seated at a table at the lower left of the screen.

It's Gino Corrado, isn't it?

He appears for only a second or two, but I know him when I see him. Gino's been in so many movies, he's like the "Where's Waldo" of character actors.
