I remember Faye Emerson doing bit parts on TV in the early years and being on panels for game shows. I had not seen a full length move of Faye's until TCM showed this in November, 2008. It is an excellent movie with a great plot and is not just another prison movie as somebody has mentioned. This is GREAT. Glad I taped it!
shareYou should check out Ladies They Talk About with Barbara Stanwyck if you liked this movie. It is much better and is the original remake of this story. You will definitely love Ladies They Talk About. TCM also plays it but unfortunately it is not available on DVD.
