Blurring Eve Minard's Costume

Does anyone know why Eve Minard costume is blurred at 37:38 (37 minutes: 38 seconds) into the film? Was it a censor thing?

Yes, I read that they felt her dress revealed too much cleavage, so they blurred it out in post production.
