Blackhawk

One of the reasons I like this rather silly movie is that the plot brings to mind some of those great Blachawk comics of the 1940's. The Blackhawks spent many a mission on the ground, carrying out a running battle with the Germans and their agents, moving from one improbable situation to another. This film is a swashbuckler of a war movie and the Blackhawks were swashbuckling flyers. perhaps one day, someone will do the Blackhawk movie. if they do, this is definitely one of the films they should study.
