Any idea who dubbed Lucy; she sounds just like whoever dubbed Rita Hayworth in some of her films.

I think it was Martha Mears.

That would make sense- Martha Mears and Anita Ellis were the two who most oftern dubbed for Rita Hayworth in the 40's

In the left margin of the IMdB main page for the movie you should see "Sound Tracks". Click on it and it will tell you: Vocals for Miss Ball by Martha Mears (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0575221/). Beautiful voice.
