Thumper: He doesn't walk very good does he??

Why did Thumper get in trouble by that comment?
His mother goes " what did your father tell you this morning?".

he wasn't really being mean, he was actually telling the truth. Bambi was a baby and just learning how to walk. Most babies start out "not walking very good" and that's a fact. Lol.
