Judy singing "It's a Grand Old Name" and Mickey singing/dancing "I'm a Yankee Doodle Dandy" were great!

It made me think of what Mickey Rooney could have done in a biopic of Cohan - and made me even wonder if those two numbers were what inspired Warner Brothers and James Cagney to make "Yankee Doodle Dandy".

But I seem to recall that James Cagney's YANKEE DOODLE DANDY was in production at the time this movie was in production.
