Why did the valet keep on saying that? Does it mean something in Japanese?

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

I watch this movie maybe six or seven times a year and I can never figure the shoulda be thing out. At first I thought he was saying sugar bee. Just doesn't make any sense. But it is a movie so what the heck.

Sugi (Roland Got) means "should be".
