the irony here... (Spoilers)

is that in another month or so, women would be going to work filling in for all the men going off to WW II. the whole premise of this film is that a woman is working (while she doesnt have to..) and later, Kirk works in the store (when HE doesnt have to).


just bad timing i guess.
