Scene where she first meets the grandchild
I was so scared for the little boy when he and Joan first squared off. I immediately thought of Christina and Joan in "Mommie Dearest" and I just shuderred, "Don't bleep with her, fella!"

shareYes, it scared me a little, but this is only a movie, not real life. MGM would never let Miss Crawford be a child killer!!
shareSorry to disillusion you, but "Mommie Dearest" was a book of lies, followed by a movie of lies with the same title. Christina Crawford had mental problems. Joan's other two daughters say that Joan was a good, loving mother, and Joan's grandson says the same of her as a grandmother.
