Was th emovie location only Hollywood?

Except for the cliff scenes, everything is shot on soundstages, and you need BIG soundstages to simulate outdoors. England had/has them, Hollywood did/does not*. Therefore, I'd bet that this film was shot entirely in England, using none of RKO's Hollywood soundstages.

The fact that it's an all-British cast also lends credence to this theory.
