Rebecca was much better

Hitchcock s Rebecca was better. Joan Fontaine should of won the Oscar for Rebecca instead. The Cinderella archetype girl bat corons Mrs. Dancers was a good role. Suspicion wasn't as good. Oh well.

I'm hoping to watch that soon but I enjoyed Suspicion. I think it is the first film I've seen where Cary Grant has a dark side to his character. I thought Fontaine was brilliant, she earned that Oscar. 8/10

It's true, Rebecca is a nearly perfect film, it just keeps getting better and better as it goes along, right up to the deeply satisfying finale!

"Suspicion" falls apart in the last act, and that's that.
