Does anyone has English subtitles for this great film?..
I tried to search by google and by specalized subtitle searches but unfortunately I found nothing.
please help.

I have the DVD as part of a boxed set called "Hollywood Musicals" and the English subtitles are very clear - if a bit shortened, as happens with most of them it seems.

Most videos are captioned now. Look for the CC symbol on the box.
