I didn't know this movie was supposed to be a comedy?

I enjoyed it, but I don't think I laughed once.

I never laugh at cartoons either.

Like you, I didn't laugh once, although I believe I recognized some of the moments when I was supposed to. If I changed my name to AFI, Sullivan's Travels wouldn't make my Top 100. In its stead, but much higher up, somewhere in my Top 20, I'd put My Man Godfrey. And Annie Hall and Dr. Strangelove and The Philadelphia Story and It Happened One Night would be there too.

I recognized this as a comedy but didn't laugh either tbh.
