Does anyone know anything about the land yacht that they follow Sullivan in? I never seen anything like it before.

I hate to answer my own question but I found this bus. It is a modified Nite Coach http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_122590-Yellow-Coach-Nite-Coach-1933.html manufactured by Yellow Coach.
