The beginning escape **************** Spoilers *****************

They deliberately kept the face from being seen and they it is revealed that they switched parts somewhat later in the movie. I kept wondering if there was going to be a twist ending similar to what happened in "Suspicion" but no.

Based on what others have said it seems the ending and maybe the movie was rushed and simplified.
