What was that word?

In the scene where The Great Man is playing the kissing game with the young girl, they keep saying a word that sounds like "Squigilum" or "Squijalum". Does anybody know what that exact word is, how it's spelled, and what it means? I know Fields was chock full of esoteric humor, which is probably why the movie studio in this movie was named Esoteric Pictures.

I believe it was a made up word that Fields invented.In that scene,it's apparent he's making the game up as he goes along, just to get a kiss from the pretty girl.

It's the first spelling. To catch all the big words he says, and because of his mumbling tendency, I always have the subtitles on when I watch his films.
