On TCM Today (11/18/2014)
I am watching it now on TCM. Seems like a good movie with an outstanding cast. I recognize Herbert Anderson as later playing the father of Dennis the Menace in the TV series.
shareThis was probably one of his biggest film roles, and he got to sing and be the romantic lead to Ann Sheridan! At this point in his career, he probably thought he was headed for stardom. At least he ended up being a very busy movie and tv actor and probably made a good living at it.
