So many 'My Fair Lady' connections...

Rex Harrison (the male lead) is of course famous for playing Professor Henry Higgins in MFL.

Wendy Hiller (the female lead) played Eliza Dolittle in the 1st screen adaption of the story- "Pygmalion".

George Bernard Shaw (the creator of the story) wrote "Pygmalion" (later adapted into MFL).

And Mr 'Halfred P. Doolittle' himself (Stanley Holloway) turns up as a policeman!

EDIT: 1 year later... David Tree (Freddy from Pygmalion) also shows up in a minor role!
