The voodoo chant: Moomoo na, chi chi na . . .

Was the above chant, endlessly repeated, the voodoo chant from this movie? Or another similar one? Saw it often as a kid, remember only the chant and Mantan Morland (I don't think anyone ever made me laugh harder).
