Cute film helped tremendously by the songs. My favorite Martha Raye performance. LOVED her song and choreography for the Pigfoot Pete number. Classic Boogie Woogie, which not many white women did on film.

Freddie Slack, who accompanies Martha Raye on piano in the "Pigfoot Peet" song, also made a recording of it for Decca, though on that version the song's composer, Don Raye (no relation), did the vocal.
