Funny Dancer?

Who in the world was the funny dancer? She was a combination of Gracie Allen, Ann Miller and Fanny Brice, not very attractive in the commercial sense but a real stand-out in this movie! So remarkably talented and not even mentioned in the credits!

Anyone know who she was?
