Best DVD Version

Similar to the other Fleischer Bros. release, "Gulliver's Travels," this film was released into the public domain and therefore has been given many DVD releases under varying names.

Can anyone tell me the BEST DVD version, as in:

* best audio quality (I'm assuming that means mono, not stereo)
* no edited scenes / censorship
* best video quality
