Reediting

So --- would anyone know --- before they filmed the opening and closing scenes to add the Andrews Sisters to the film was the opening scene going to be the boys working at a gas station ? Or where there other scenes filmed that were shelved?

I wonder because Lou mentions when they are working at the gas station that he would hire Ted Lewis and the Andrews sisters if he was going to make money one day --- or was that dialogue added too ?

Just wondering --- also it makes me think they did have another scene because Lou and Bud did talk about getting thrown out of a night club as well ---
