What did Peter Murray-Hill die from in 1957

He was only 49 years old, seems a shame. I liked his upper middle class performance in The Ghost Train and his seething annoyance at the comical little twerp he was going to have to spend the next 8 hours with.

He isn't an entry for him in Quinlan's Film Stars, so who knows. Have you tried Googling "Peter Murray-Hill"?

Every google result and any reference to him and his death only say it was sudden but never note the cause. Very strange.
