Seeking copy of Charley's Aunt (1941, Jack Benny)

Can anyone reading this lead me to a copy of this film? Even if it's a home recording off TV, it would be appreciated.

I just saw something on Turner Classic movie that said this version was out of circulation due to rites. There is one available from the 1930's that doesn't have any rites issues. People are working hard to be able to show this on tv and sell it in stores, but not yet.

I was surprised to hear Robert Osborne say that. The film was due to air tonight and a substitution (1930's version) was made at the last moment.

I wish I had a Kryptonite cross, because then I could keep Dracula & Superman away.

I hate this "rights" nonsense, this dog-in-the-manger attitude. It's a 60-year-old film, for heaven's sake; everyone connected with it is probably dead, certainly all the principles are. I've just been watching the 1930 antique that TCM just aired. It's okay, I like very old flicks just for their own sake, but the print is horrible and Charlie Ruggles, as good as he is, isn't a match for Jack Benny. Maybe some day.

Was asked by a friend to see if I could "find" a copy of this film as they had had the same experience with Turner Classics this month....but it seems to be readily available on Amazon, with a dvd release date of 2007. What's the problem?
