And they looked it too.

Seemed to me that they volunteered. Draftees or volunteers, there'd be no movie if they didn't join the friggin' Army!

Not true, they were 35 and 41 and the draft was from 18-35, but at one point went to 45, I just looked it up to be sure.

They weren't drafted.

And, they also lied about their ages. In 1941 it was an honor to go into the military.
