'You've Got Me This Way' - Blue balls subtext?

Did anyone else catch this? It's a play on the sleazy old trick of showing a girl your boner and then asking her what she's going to do about it. Yeah, right up there with asking her to come up and see your etchings, but at the same time, kind of a weird tease for a song with its double meanings of being "bluer than blue" and "falling so hard" after her kisses.
