What is it with spike the bee stinging Donald Ducks rear end?

To all you Donald Duck fans. In the cartoon Window Cleaners 1940

In the Donald Duck cartoon. When Donald Duck tries to drown the bee in water, the bee attacks Donald and Donald Duck on the roped platform tries to hit him with the mop. But Donald Duck gets all tied up and his feathery rear end is exposed. The bee decides to aim for Donald's rear end, after some struggles, the bee finally stung Donald Duck in the rear end causing him to get untied and Donald Duck dives into the drainpipe and gets stuck at the bottom. Donald Duck tries to call Pluto the dog for help but Pluto ignores Donald and shoves his foot in Donalds face and traps him in the pipe.

Also did anyone noticed that Donald Ducks exposed feathery butt lines show while he's tied up on the platform?

I feel sorry and embarrassed for Donald Duck getting stung in the behind without his pants on and then getting trapped in the drainpipe screaming and crying. I know this is a cartoon but this cartoon should've been extended to show Donald Duck getting rescued out of the drainpipe. Let me know what you think.
