Blind bought from Amazon, excited to watch.

I was just browsing through Leigh's filmography when I landed on this title. Everyone seems to really enjoy it, so I checked prices from TCM and Barnes and Amazon.. With my Prime account, which is free shipping, I got it under $10 on Amazon. I've never seen it, but I am really excited to pop this in over the weekend. I just think Vivien Leigh is one of the most beautiful actresses ever filmed. Unfortunately is doesn't look like she made a lot of films, and I have already seen repeatedly GWTW and Streetcar.. Should I lower my expectations a bit so as not to be any sort of disappointed, or is this as great as many are saying? Thanks for your input.

Absolutely NO need to lower expectations! This movie is right up at the top of best. I love it more than both GWTW and Streetcar. It's hauntingly beautiful and each scene is better than the one before. Enjoy! (Trust me, you will)

i totally agree, vivien's performance here is much more simple but more haunting.
