Who is the character actor who appears at Cagney's door around the time the mosquito netting is being fixed? Big guy, seems to be playing a local, but he's Caucasian with makeup. He has a raspy reedy voice, total comedy stuff, and I know I've seen him playing a similar bit in other movies. Help!
