I love how whenever Mr. Matuschek(Frank Morgan) asks people their 'honest opinions' about something, Pirovitch(Felix Bressart) quickly leaves the room.
And when Klara(Margaret Sullavan) is trying to sell that larger woman the cigarette box and the women replies by saying exactly what Alfred just told her(that each time they opened it they would hear that song and get sick of it). The way Jimmys face said "I TOLD YOU SO!" was so funny!
-But you don't understand. Ehh..I'm a MAN!

(Outside the cafe window where Pirovitch is trying to spot and see Kralik's 'mystery girl')
Pirovitch: She has a cup of coffee. and a piece of cake and..(shocked) KRALIK, SHE'S DUNKING!!
Kralik: Well why shouldn't she dunk?
Pirovitch: all right, all right.
(About the cigarette/candy box) Kralik: I think that anyone who smokes candy and listens to cigarettes will love it!!
The "Matthias Popkin" description was pretty funny also.
I loved Pepi's lines the best, but there are an awful lot of good ones from many sources.

I love so many of the quotes already stated but I'll add Pirovitch when he is talking about getting the music box for his wife's uncle. "It's worth it to ruin my wife's uncle's Christmas."

James Stewart's delivery of those lines were hilarious! I also like the part at the beginning when he first meets Klara, and says,"But if you would tell me your wishes, it's quite possible that I can take care of them to your satisfaction." He just looks irresistibly handsome when he says it. :-)
