Truly Funny Classic

I watched this last night. It has so many laugh out loud moments. It takes about 20 minutes to really get going, but man, once it does it's one hilarious situation after another.
It might be the original "romantic comedy"? So much funnier than the comedies coming out these days, which often seem to generate more groans than laughs.

Anybody have some other recommendations for old 30's to 50's comedies that are truly "laugh out loud" funny?

There's another film starring Cary Grant called The Grass Is Always Greener...very dry, subtle humor.....

My second favorite actor behind Peter O'Toole, who could be cool as well however he could also do darker as well.

I just watched it today and it was a very funny film. It was my third Cary Grant film in the past week. I had never seen a film of his before. I also watched North by Northwest and To Catch a Thief. All very good films.
