he ain't! Dr Satan, as seen in the guise of Edweirdo Chiapet, was ok as a nasty, but you always knew who he was. I like my baddies to wear masks and have different voices so there is at least a little bit of guess work trying to figure out who he or she is. Hail the Rover, robot supreme!
