shareMel Gibson was fine in The Patriot, so there's no comparison here.
Grant's performance in this movie is so embarrassingly cringe worthy it's actually painful to watch.
If this was the only performance of Grant's I'd seen, I'd be comfortable calling him one of the worst actors to ever disgrace the screen.
He played it like a goofball 1st grader giddy for Christmas....
