How many time has this been released on DVD?

Yet another version comes out on May 6th.

I don't know, but the full-length "Conquers" seems to have gotten the DVD treatment more times than either of the other two full-length Flash serials. Maybe some years ago it slipped into public domain.

It did, along with several movie serials of the period.
