The Toronto Film Society will be screening "Contraband" Monday July 23 at the Carlton Cinema.

Lucky you, I haven't seen it on the big screen for years, and Toronto is a long way to go to see just one film. Although they do have an interesting looking programme at the Toronto Film Society
It's a lovely film with lots to admire in it

I've only seen "The Red Shoes" (3x) and "Black Narcissus" on the big screen. I'm very excited to be seeing "Contraband" with an audience!

I'm almost envious of the P&P experiences you have ahead of you. Although P&P films bear repeated viewings more than almost any other, there's nothing quite like that first time with a new film - on the big screen. It's how they were made to be seen
