my new favorite movie!!!

I think my favorite moment may be his family's reacting with outrage at seeing him being borne aloft like a rajah.

I first saw it on TV when I was about 13 and did not get it at all. When I was a little older and was into Fields from other films, I got it, and it became my favorite Fields movie. Now it is still tied with It's a Gift on my list. A true comedy classic. My favorite scene, and one that I consider as good as any dialogue routine ever done, is when J. Frothingham Waterbury (Russell Hicks) is trying to sell Fields the beefsteak mine stock. Fields cast his films well - who else would have thought character actor Hicks, who usually played straight parts, could be so funny? "I want to prove to you I am honest in the worst way!"

Do you know when he says this?

I watched the DVD twice last night with the captions on and I couldn't find it.

One of the other posts says that there may be different versions of the film out.
