A really good and funny movie..

George Reeves is great as the ne'er do well, who succeeds in the end. Rosemary Lane (Lane?) is quite adequate as the love interest. Although this is a "B" movie it has a nice cast of characters, i.e. William Hopper, Sol Gorss, Oscar O'Shea, and the great Virginia Brissac. Really, this is an enjoyable movie. Look for it on AMC or TCM. Recommended at 9.

I, too, really enjoyed this movie. It's short but it's like two movies in one. George Reeves is excellent. I recently saw something else he was in around this time and he was good in that too (the name escapes me).

The movie represents well the time in which it was made but it's also a story that would make sense to be told today. I found it funny and charming.

Woman, man! That's the way it should be Tarzan. [Tarzan and his mate]
