Sure sounds like Jackson Beck supplying at least one character voice!

Two voices COULD be Jackson Beck (to my ear): The Police Captain, and the thug who asks, "Hey, Killer! What's the next job we're going to pull?" (They definitely aren't Mel Blanc!)
