How can the monsters sex organs work so he can reproduce? And his mate in the previous entry was only alive about 5 minutes before the castle was blown up, and they never shared any intimate moments together

As mentioned in Young Frankenstein, the monster has an enormous schwanzschtücker. He was very popular with the ladies. He cheated on his bride on numerous occasions.

Thanks for the clarification. Guess the censors wouldn't allow to show the Monster getting it on with the village townswomen

Frankenstein is the guy who made the monster. The monster is just the monster.
