Remake of "Penthouse" 1931...

Very good remake. Missing the top actors, but has a great cast of character actors. Walter Pigeon in the Warner Baxter lawyer role and the incomparable Leo Carrillo in the Nat Pendleton "heart of gold" gangster role. Virginia Bruce is great, but she was not Myrna Loy. All in all, just a notch below the original.
