Glamorous Greer?

Greer Garson in "Goodbye, Mr. Chips", "Mrs. Miniver", and especially in "Random Harvest", looked so much more alluring and younger than she did in this film. Did she have a Hollywood makeover? I thought she looked too old for both Lew Ayres and Robert Taylor in this one.
